Hi, I’m Theano — but most people call me Nano.

I’ve always wanted to be an entrepreneur in a supportive role. I started out in childcare, but after a career shift, I realised my real passion was helping people feel organised, supported, and less stressed — through admin.

It might not be glamorous, but admin is the backbone of every business. When it’s not working, everything else becomes harder — from day-to-day operations to year-end tax prep.
 

I’ve found that with the right mindset (and a bit of personality), admin doesn’t have to be boring — in fact, it can be empowering. My goal is to take the pressure off small business owners by handling the behind-the-scenes work that often gets pushed aside.

From managing customer communication to staying flexible with time and collaborating on growth, I’m here to help businesses not just run — but thrive.
