Hi, I’m Theano — most people call me Nano.

I’ve always wanted to run a business that supports others. I started out in childcare, but along the way I realised my real passion was helping people feel organised, supported, and less overwhelmed. That naturally led me into admin.

Admin is the backbone of any business. When it’s working, everything else runs smoother. When it’s not, even simple tasks become harder. I don’t believe admin has to be boring or stressful — with the right mindset (and a bit of personality), it can be a real source of clarity and confidence.

My goal is to take the pressure off small business owners by handling the behind-the-scenes work that often gets pushed aside. From customer communication to keeping things organised and running efficiently, I’m here to make life easier.

I know how isolating running a business can feel, which is why I focus on building real, trusting working relationships. When we’re aligned and working towards the same goals, things move forward quickly.
